COLLEGIATE CLUB TOURS
1. Properly organized overseas tours by collegiate clubs are encouraged.
2. College clubs must receive permission to tour from USA Rugby and MARFU using theprocedures established in the Handbook. Applications for approval for colleges will include questions relative to tour management, adult supervision, etc.
3. College team tours must be managed by a responsible adult approved by local union management and by appropriate college officials. No collegiate club will be allowed to tour outside the continental U.S. unless accompanied by a responsible adult appointed by their university administration.
4. The MARFU Collegiate Committee will review all Collegiate Club Tour applications and make recommendations to the MARFU Tours Chairman.
5. MARFU is available to assist local area unions and collegiate clubs in the development of Tour applications.
