If a coordinator of any program anticipates going over budget, he needs to have that overage pre-authorized by the treasurer at the consent of either the executive committee or the full board. If he or she does not have that pre-authorization, the coordinator will be personally responsible for any over-budget amount. In any case, the executive committee can authorize only up to 10% over the budgeted amount. The full board can approve anything beyond 10%.
